Updating backup exec agents
So, I have a network running Symantec DLO (Desktop Laptop Option) for Backup Exec, and now that I'm updating the BE server to 2014, I'm updating the DLO installs as well. Apparently, the software requires that I either go to the users, or have them bring in their laptops.If Backup Exec can install/update agents, why can't DLO?
